Erica completed her massage therapy studies at ICT Northumberland College in 2011 and began her bodywork career immediately at a busy clinic in her new hometown of Tatamagouche. Recognizing the undeniable role of our nervous systems in our health and driven to help her clients more completely, she began her craniosacral studies shortly after in 2012 with The Upledger Institute. After seeing the benefits from this profound therapy in conjunction with her massage practice, she deepened her understanding by completing a further 2 year program in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with internationally affiliated Body Intelligence in 2026.

In addition to craniosacral therapy, Erica uses a variety of massage techniques including general Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, trigger point therapy and hydrotherapy to promote therapeutic relaxation and wellness.

Erica has worked with a wide variety of clients over the years to help with a range of concerns: rehabilitation from injury, surgical recovery, PTSD, autoimmune disease, neurological disease, muscular concerns, sprains, fractures, chronic fatigue, concussions, to name a few.

Whether clients come for therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy or a combination, Erica loves seeing her clients improving, becoming more resourced and generally feeling better in their bodies and minds with every treatment.

Erica’s treatment space, SeaStone, adds to the experience, enhancing a sense of relaxation with a retreat-like atmosphere surrounded by nature.

Outside her bodywork practice, Erica enjoys spending time in or on the water, yoga and meditation, flying her kite, and working in her lovely flower gardens. She is currently in training as a breathwork facilitator.
